Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed through the STELORA website. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and pricing
STELORA offers packaged Gobindobhog rice and related products. Product descriptions, pack sizes, availability and prices are shown on the website and may be updated. Prices are displayed in Indian rupees (INR). The price and order total shown at checkout before payment are the amount applicable to that order. If an obvious listing or pricing error is found, we will contact you before processing the affected order.
2. Orders and payment
An order is a request to purchase the selected products. Order acceptance and processing are subject to availability and successful payment where online payment is required. Payments are handled through the payment provider displayed at checkout. Do not share your OTP, PIN or payment credentials with anyone claiming to represent STELORA.
3. Delivery
Delivery estimates and any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout or communicated with the order. Our standard estimated delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days after order confirmation, subject to serviceability, courier operations and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Cancellation, returns and refunds
You may request cancellation within one hour of placing the order. Cancellation is subject to the order not having progressed beyond the point at which it can be stopped. Food products are generally not accepted for routine returns for hygiene and food-safety reasons. If the product arrives damaged, incorrect or with a quality issue, contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue. Any refund, replacement or other remedy will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.
5. Product handling
Please check the package and product details on receipt and store rice in a clean, dry, airtight container away from moisture and pests. Follow any storage guidance on the pack.
6. Website use and intellectual property
Website text, branding, product imagery and other materials may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the website or attempt to interfere with its security or operation.
7. Liability and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update website content or these terms when necessary; the version published here applies from its stated effective date.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in West Bengal, subject to applicable law.
